The Location - The perfect holiday location! 16 Tomaree Street is positioned 200 metres back from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach and adjacent to the Country Club. Shoal Bay is one of the most picturesque coastal towns Australia has to offer. Right on your door step you are greeted to a selection of eateries, bars and shops along the waterfront. The majestic Shoal Bay Beach curves 2.5km from Nelson Head to Tomaree Head. The calm clear bay waters are perfect for swimming, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding (available for hire everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter) and picnic tables and barbecue facilities are on the beach side reserve. Also less than one kilometre away you will find the magnificent Tomaree National Park with spectacular views from the summit of Tomaree Mountain. Just a 5 minute drive in the opposite direction brings you to the township of Nelson Bay.
The Duplex - The modern duplex is situated on the ground floor. Large beige tiles flow throughout the home, accompanied by down lights. The open plan living spaces are perfectly positioned with many accesses out to the wrap around balcony so you can relax either inside or outside on one of the out door settings. The balcony is surrounded with glass panels so you can enjoy elevated distant water views. The lounge area boasts two leather lounges and a single leather chair, flat screen TV, Foxtel, air conditioning and the dining area houses a lovely wooden table and six chairs. Adjacent is the open plan modern kitchen with servery. This well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes a large two door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stainless steel range hood.
Continuing through the house you are greeted by three bedrooms, they have been beautifully decorated with soft warm furnishings. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a double bed and glass sliding doors out to the balcony and the third bedroom has two single beds, all the bedroom have ceiling fans. The bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles features a deep soaker tub, large separate shower, vanity with plenty of storage space and a toilet. There is also another toilet in the internal laundry which also includes a washing machine. a dryer, sink and plenty of bench/storage space.
There is off street parking in the drive way for two cars. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
