Location - This property is situated in a very quiet street backing on to National Park. Barry Park only 500m away is a scenic waterfront picnic area with walking trails, native plants, viewing platform (great for spotting humpback whales and dolphins), picnic tables & restrooms. The house is also only 550m to Fingal Bay Beach (the southern end which is called Kiddies Corner) The beach provides an array of activities including safe patrolled swimming, surfing and other water activities, walks to Fingal Spit, cycle pathways, beach cafe/restaurant and a children's playground. Only 4km away brings you to the very beautiful Shoal Bay Beach which offers boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and of course the gateway to the fabulous Tomaree Mountain which delivers magnificent breathtaking views. Nelson Bay is approx 6.5km away.
The House - This impressive tastefully decorated air conditioned three bedroom beach home offers elevated distant ocean and National Park views. The living space is on the first floor while the garages are housed on the ground floor. Entering from the ground floor through a tiled hallway and up the stairs you will be greeted with an amazing open plan living area with high beamed ceilings, floating floor boards and boasting plenty of natural light. Here you will find a formal living area, two dining areas and a fabulous fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a generous sized decked balcony at the front of the property with outdoor furniture, access from lounge area, dining area and main bedroom. At the back of the property is a private fully fenced courtyard with outdoor furnishings and large gas BBQ.
Continuing through the house you will come to the main bedroom which boasts a king size bed, access to balcony, TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, a walk in robe and an ensuite with a shower. You will then come across bedroom two and three, both with queen size beds, built in robes and ceiling fans. Opposite the bedrooms is a rustic looking tiled bathroom with a separate bath and shower, and a laundry featuring a washing machine and ironing facilities. To the very back of the property you will find another lounge area with comfortable lounges (which is a sofa bed comprising of two single beds), TV and DVD Player, and a small study room.
The property also features free unlimited WiFi and parking for 3 cars including one single lock up garage with remote.
