This spacious, three-bedroom apartment is located in highly sought-after Little Beach and ticks all the boxes for your next getaway.
Located approximately 150m to the stunning Shoal Bay Beach and approximately 250m to Little Beach, guests are literally in the middle of two of the most iconic beaches Port Stephens have on offer. The property is also only a short stroll to Nelson Bay RSL club, Marina, CBD, restaurants, cafs and many other facilities. Guests will also find themselves only around the corner from locals favourite Little Beach Boathouse, a stunning restaurant and bar on the water.
There are three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who choose to eat in however if cooking is not your specialty, you will be spoilt for choice by the many restaurants in close proximity.
In the unit, guests will enjoy the extra-large open-plan living area which leads out to the under-cover balcony with the choice of seating inside or enjoying the Gas BBQ outside.
In the living area, there is seating for six people as well as a TV with DVDs supplied for your enjoyment.
