This property is located within walking distance to village shops, bottle shop, bakery and newsagent with the major shopping centre 5 minutes by car (approx.). The Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approximately 10 minutes away and offer boutique shopping, award winning restaurants, specialty stores, cinema, fishing co-op and Bowling Club. For the golfing enthusiasts there is a 27 hole course at Nelson Bay or an 18 hole course at the prestigious Horizons Golf Resort Salamander Bay. There is something for the whole family in Salamander Bay ranging from Super Strike for the Bowling to the Toboggan Hill Park for the more adventurous. Whilst visiting the Toboggan Hill Park why not try your hand at indoor rock climbing, take the tractor train to the top of the mountain or try your luck in the giant maze or at mini golf.
