The Location - This comfortable waterfront unit is ppositioned at the Eastern end of Wanda Beach. Perfectly situated and offering that back appeal for those wanting a quiet beach side escape for their next holiday. Almost completely surrounded by the Port most properties in Soldiers Point/Salamander Bay offer a waterfront or water view experience, as well as striking sunrises to the East and breath taking sunsets to its West. Soldiers Point Marina only 2.5km's away, which offers a a couple of nice restaurants and cafes and opposite the Marina is a public park with a playground and tennis courts, which are available for hire all year round. There is a three lane boat ramp at the very end of Soldiers point. The exclusive Rick Stein Restaurant at the Bannisters Resort is just 800m's away. Opposite Bannisters is the Soliders Point Bowling Club which offers more affordable meals. 300m away from the unit are the Wanda Shops, which offers a selection of restaurants, take away, convenience and gift stores, a day spa and hair dressers. The main township of Nelson Bay is located 7.5km away.
