The Location - Boat Harbour is a quiet town away from the crowds and yet only a five minute drive to Anna Bay (and the Stockton Sand Dunes) or ten minutes drive into Nelson Bay. Perfect for ocean fishing, swimming at Boat Harbour Beach, bush walks in the Tomaree National Park and one of the best land based whale watching spots in NSW (mid May until November). Boat Harbour offers a protected sandy beach ideal for the little ones, there is a council park for family picnics and a good surf break at Kingsley Beach for those wanting to catch a wave or two. Take your treasured fury friend for a walk across the road along a leash free path. Professional and even amateur fisherman will enjoy casting out into the calm waters from one of the many rocky waterfront positions or launch your boat from Boat Harbour Beach.

Glass sliding doors takes you to a private outdoor dining nook which leads through to the grassed fully fenced yard. Also on this level are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, built-in robes and access to the rear yard. The other bedroom offers a single bed, two single fold up beds and built-in robes. The main bathroom sits between the two bedrooms and offers a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Also a compact laundry cupboard with bi-fold doors offering a front loader washing machine, dryer and laundry sink.
Upstairs features a naturally flowing spacious layout boasting plenty of natural light and wonderful high ceilings. Designed for family living the duplex offers open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The sophisticated fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes full fridge/freezer, oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and four bar stools sit at the generous breakfast bar. Neighboring the kitchen is a dining setting with six chairs, a living area with a leather lounge and a wall mounted TV. Large bi-fold glass doors lead out to an undercover verandah area with outdoor setting overlooking Boat Harbour Headlands and water glimpses. The master bedroom is also on this level which offers a queen size bed, small wall mounted TV, access to a private balcony, a large walk-in robe and an ensuite with shower. All the bedrooms are carpeted and the living areas are all tiled.
This property also offers off-street driveway parking for two vehicles or enough room to bring your trailer boat (the double garage is not available for guest use sorry).
