The Location - This house is situated in a fantastic spot on the other side of the road at Bagnalls beach (a dog beach) just 100m away.  Bagnalls reserve, with its array of native birds and animals offers a playground, BBQ and picnic facilities and cycle/walking paths to the Western end of Bagnalls where you will be greeted with  a takeaway/grocery store and a Thai restaurant. A short 250m walk around the headland  brings you to the lovely calm waters of Dutchmans beach (Dutchies) which is perfect for swimming and the reserve  also offers a lovely playground, picnic and BBQ area. Nelson Bay CBD and the Marina is only 1.5km's away where you will find many restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and an abundance of exciting aquatic activities. Shoal Bay Shopping Centre is 3.5km. 

The House - Designed to accommodate two families, this two storey home is an ideal property to soak up the beautiful Bay water views and listen to the native birds singing.

The main bedroom also has access to the balcony area and offers a queen size, bedside table, built-in robe, clock radio and ceiling fan with the second bedroom offering one bunk bed, one king single bed and bedside table. The fully equipped kitchen with wooden floorboards offers a dishwasher, oven, glass stove top, microwave, full size fridge freezer, breakfast servery with stools and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The spa bathroom is also positioned on the upstairs level and has a corner spa bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet. The internal laundry has a front loading washing machine, dryer and a toilet.

Downstairs: A spiral staircase leads from upstairs down to a second tiled living room on the ground floor which has a comfortable two seater lounge and two arm chairs, split system air conditioning, CD player plus a kitchenette with a second fridge/freezer. The front full length covered verandah can be accessed via the second living room and offers another gas BBQ and outdoor seating which overlooks the front grassed yard. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe with the fourth bedroom offers a tri-bunk bed (double on-bottom and single on-top). The downstairs bathroom has a standard size bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.
