There is also a bathroom on this level as well as laundry facilities with front loading washer and dryer plus internal access to the single lock-up garage.
FIRST FLOOR: The tiled open plan living area is positioned on the first floor and includes split system air conditioning (heating / cooling), ceiling fan, a large leather corner lounge (seats 6), and 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and sliding glass door access to the main balcony with outdoor setting, gas BBQ and views to the park and surf club opposite.
