Since our beginnings as Nelson Bay Real Estate and then to establishing Accom Nelson Bay our management team has remained constant. We are proud to say we are a family owned and operated business with a dedicated and loyal team supporting us on a daily basis.

We are constantly monitoring industry trends and statutory requirements under the Properties, Stock and Business Agents Act of NSW. Compliance is a very important part of what we do and our owners can rest in the knowledge that their property is being managed with a professional and practised approach. Our team are fully aware of both our and our owner’s responsibilities and we ensure that each team member is trained and qualified in the relevant skills.
One of the areas we work hard to maintain is occupancy and rates. Our operation is heavily focused on ensuring our booking calendar has as fewer holes as possible. We monitor gaps and implement strategies to minimise vacancies and maximise our owner’s returns. This may range from reducing rates for a particular period in response to industry trends, developing special deals for a group of properties or increasing our marketing spend.
