The Location - This apartment is well-positioned in a child-friendly cul-de-sac adjacent to an extensive bushland reserve providing leafy views to the north and with a natural soundtrack of captivating birdsong and, tide dependent, gentle waves washing into shore. Perfectly situated with direct walking access to Shoal Bay Beach (100m) and Little Beach (300m), arguably two of the best beaches that Port Stephens has to offer. You are also within walking distance of the Little Beach Lighthouse only 800m from the apartment offering panoramic bay views whilst you enjoy afternoon tea at the tearooms. Little Beach offers safe swimming, shaded grassed areas, BBQ's, picnic tables and a playground. Little Beach Boathouse is renowned for its great seafood and serves lunch and dinner daily (closed on Mondays).
