The apartment has a balcony with filtered ocean views surrounded by lush green bushland creating your own peaceful oasis.
Fresh, coastal interiors feature combined living and dining windows to capture all day sun and coastal breezes. The living area has seating for 4 and a TV. There is also a 4 seater dining table.
The kitchen has ample space and is fully equipped for those who choose to eat in.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and the property is linen supplied.
Guests have use of the communal pool in the complex and there is also two allocated car spaces in the secure under-building car park accessible with a swipe.
Just a short stroll will lead you to the pristine ocean blue waters, boat ramp, Soldiers Point Marina, cafs, restaurants and everything Soldiers Point has to offer. You are also in close proximity to the new Bannisters, home to Rick Stein seafood restaurant and also a family-friendly tavern. A short drive will find you at Salamander Village which has a chemist, newsagency, bakery, cafe's, fish & chip shop, bottleshop and friendly grocer store. Guests will also be spoilt for choice for food as you will find a bakery, two cafe's, takeaway pizza, fish & chip shop and thai restaurant.
A 10-minute drive will find you at Salamander Bay Shopping Centre which features Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart and many boutique stores and dining options. Salamander Bay also has family favourite Toboggan Hill Park.
An approximate 15-minute drive will lead you to Nelson Bay CBD, home to award winning restaurants and cafs, the marina, Woolworths, beauty salons, boutique fashion stores, Nelson Bay cinema complex and the waterfront. Another 5 minutes up the road is iconic Shoal Bay Beach, the newly renovated Shoal Bay Country Club, locals favourite Gamefish Club and Tomaree headland which boasts the bays best views.
