This property requires a $1,000 security deposit to be paid prior to arrival. This is refundable within 14 days of departure as long as there is no damage, excess cleaning, evidence of smoking, anti social behaviour proven.

The Apartment - This two bedroom beachfront property is located directly opposite the pristine waters of Shoal Bay. With a private roof top entertaining area and water views there is a private spa, built-in stainless steel BBQ and outdoor entertaining area where you can relax, dine and enjoy the Port Stephens lifestyle. Views of Tomaree Mountain/National Park and waters of Shoal Bay can also be viewed from the roof top and balcony. This newly updated open plan property has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern stainless steel appliances. The lounge (air conditioned) and dining area adjoins a great outdoor entertaining space.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with walk in robe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and ensuite. The second bedroom has a set of bunks, queen size bed and built in robe. The main bathroom has a walk in shower and separate bath. Both bedrooms open out onto the balcony.
This property has an internal laundry with a washer and dryer and secure underground car spaces for two cars are available with a private lift to your apartment.
