The location - This Unit is located across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, with crystal clear waters and white sands it is the most idyllic holiday destination for anyone looking for beauty, serenity or adventure. Shoal Bay would undoubtedly be one of the prettiest coastal towns in Australia and has so much to offer. The beach offers great swimming and you can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter). Just a 700 metre walk brings you to the lively area of Shoal Bay, where you will find a delicious array of places to eat and drink plus a selection of shops. Continuing on to the eastern end of the bay is the magnificent Tomaree National Park with spectacular views from the top of Tomaree Mountain. There are also plenty of walking and bike tracks on offer and just a 3 km drive brings you to the township of Nelson Bay.
The Unit - The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating, a 42 LCD flat screen TV, DVD, VHS and CD player, the dining room which features a glass and cane dining table with seating for six opens out to a common grassed area to the rear of the property and another door leading to a single gated parking area and a small court yard with another table and chairs and a gas BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/stove top and a dishwasher. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan plus a sliding door out to the front balcony area and fantastic northerly waterviews, the second bedroom offers a queen size bed, ceiling fan and waterview with the third bedroom offering two king single beds, ceiling fan and a second TV for the kids game consoles only. There are two bathrooms for your convenience both have a shower and toilet with one offering a bath tub.
