A three bedroom, two bathroom duplex (bedroom one: one queen bed, bedroom two: one double bed and bedroom three: two single beds) A convenient and affordable well maintained air conditioned duplex close to Shoal Bay Beach and National Park.
The Location- Centrally located 350 metres back from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach and to a selection of many restaurants, bars and cafes which hug the coastline. With crystal clear waters and white sands it is one of the most magnificent coastal towns Australia has to offer and the perfect holiday destination.You can hire kayaks, stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter). and bicycles.One kilometre away to the Eastern end of the Bay is the dramatic Tomaree Mountain with spectacular views from the summit. The start of numerous National Park walking tracks are only a short 300m away from the Duplex which houses many native plants and wildlife. Just a 5 minute drive (3.5km's) brings you to the bustling township of Nelson Bay where you will be spoilt for choice with many restaurants, boutique shops and aquatic and land activities and tours. The small community of Fingal Bay is approximately 2kms away where you will find a beautiful surf patrolled beach, cafe and restaurants, playground and charming cycle/walking paths.
The Duplex - The duplex is positioned in a quiet residential street with its own private driveway. Enter to the side of the house, passed the single lock up garage, you will find the laundry fitted with both washing machine and dryer, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Continuing past the side entrance you will be greeted with a lovely private courtyard which steps down to a fenced grass area and offers an outdoor setting there is a gas BBQ in the Garage which can be wheeled out .On the first level is an air conditioned open plan area with dining, kitchen (complete with stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave) and a lounge (with flat screen TV and ceiling fan). This area opens out to a delightful undercover balcony which also houses some outdoor furnishings. Both the living room window and the balcony offer lovely water views over Shoal Bay. Also on this level is the master bedroom which features a queen bed, an ensuite with shower and airconditioning. There is also a separate powder room on this level and wi fi.
Guests can park in the single lock up garage and there is also parking for a small car, off street to the left hand side of the single lock up garage.. Please do not park in front of the double lock up garage.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
