The Location - Centrally located between Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay, this family property is situated in a child friendly cul-de-sac with direct access to the pathed cycle-way which runs to Fingal Bay (1.5km away) where you will find a beautiful patrolled beach, BBQ's, playground, a cafe and restaurant. (Bike Hire is available in Shoal Bay). Shoal Bay Beach and Box Beach are only 1km from the house including a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants on the foreshore of Shoal Bay which is one of the most vibrant and colourful pockets of Port Stephens and without a doubt the ultimate holiday destination. The main township of Nelson Bay is less than 4kms away with an array of activities, cafes and restaurants on offer.
The House - This well presented air conditioned pet friendly split level holiday house located in popular Shoal Bay feels like home away from home. Set on a large block, you are greeted to a covered verandah up a few stairs with a small table and chairs. With floor boards throughout the open plan living area, the sitting room offers comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, stereo system and a ceiling fan. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers a 1950s inspired dining setting and a ceiling fan. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, stainless steel wall oven, glass stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space. Glass sliding doors lead out to the rear covered timber verandah with outdoor setting and gas BBQ and over looks the well established fenced garden.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers a double size bed and ceiling fan with the third bedroom offering two single beds, one trundle bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. All the bedrooms are carpeted and offer pleasing leafy views from the windows. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, glass shower, corner vanity with a separate toilet.
This property also offers internal laundry facilities in the single lock up garage, including top loading washing machine and dryer, plus a second toilet with shower ideal for washing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. There is also driveway parking available suitable for a second vehicle or your trailer boat. Pets are welcome with an enclosed yard. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
