Head down to D'Albora Marina, 400m away to experience an array of aquatic activities, such as dolphin cruises, boat/jet ski hire, scuba diving or deep sea fishing charters, enjoy a meal at one of the marinas many restaurants and cafes plus enjoy the live entertainment on offer in the holiday period. Nelson Bay Golf course is literally just behind the holiday home, a 27 hole championship golf course by the sea, in a natural setting with native trees and flora, is home to an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and native birds.
The House - 19 Tomaree Street is a two storey home on a spacious block.Entering the home on the ground level is a single lock up garage and the master bedroom which offers a king size bed and is complete with an ensuite and a walk in robe. Continuing up the stairs and to the left is themain living area, which has been generously proportioned and boastsplenty of natural light, it offers alarge lounge area, separate dining area and a kitchen. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV, leading out to a balcony that spans the width and side of the house which provides a gas BBQ and a small table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven,full fridge/freezer, microwave and a breakfast bar with bar stools. A split system air conditioner is located in the dining room with a dining table and six chairs, this room also has access out to the balcony.
Tothe back of the home are the two other bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and built in robes and the other offers a tri bunk bed and a single bed. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the main bathroom which houses a bath and a shower with the toilet separate. Opposite the bathroom is the laundry which offers a front loader washing machine and dryer and has external access down a ramp to the spacious fenced grassed back yard.
