There is a bus stop a few meters from the property which offers a service to Salamander Bay, Nelson Bay and a daily bus service to Sydney. Launch your kayak or boat, throw in a fishing line or simply go for a dip, right at your doorstep! Bring the boat, fishing and water activities, this beach holiday home awaits you!
The House - This absolute waterfront beach home has six bedrooms and is located on the shores of Salamander Bay. With water views from the main living, dining, kitchen and from three of the six bedrooms, looking across to Tea Gardens to the north and Corlette to the east. Views are expansive from the balcony above and from the lawned terrace and grass reserve in front where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by the warm wooden flooring, the abundance of natural light through the many large windows and a beach ambiance.You will find two living areas on the downstairs level. One as you enter the property with tiled floors and plenty of room for other activities. The other is a more formal sitting room with brilliant beach and water views and enough seating for the whole family, TV & DVD. There is also free WIFI available as well as air conditioning. (Please enquire if fire place is in use). The fifth bedroom is downstairs which has a queen bed and ensuite. The downstairs bathroom adjoins the laundry and is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped and the property offers the choice of dining inside with water views or outside on the patio or in the gated private courtyard. There is a gas BBQ located in the garage at the entry of the property.
Bedrooms Upstairs: Main bedroom has an ensuite, a walk in robe, water views and balcony.Second bedroom has a queen bed, water views and balcony.Third bedroom has a queen bed and water views.Fourth bedroom has two single beds.
Linen is supplied with this property, however you will be required to bring your own beach towels and you will be required to make the beds at the property.
