The Location - Welcome to the Foreshore of Port Stephens! Bring the boat, fishing rods and other water equipment, this beach holiday home awaits you! Launch your kayak or boat, throw in a fishing line or simply go for a dip, right at your doorstep! In walking distance is a shopping village, 950m away with the options of cafes, restaurants, take away and convenience stores. Salamander Bay Shopping Centre is a short drive, 3.5km away. There is a bus stop a few meters from the property which offers a service to Salamander Bay, Nelson Bay and a daily bus service to Sydney.
The House - This absolute waterfront beach home has six bedrooms and is located on the shores of Salamander Bay. With water views from the main living, dining, kitchen and from three of the six bedrooms, looking across to Tea Gardens to the north and Corlette to the east. Views are expansive from the balcony above and from the lawned terrace and grass reserve in front where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by the warm wooden flooring, the abundance of natural light through the many large windows and a beach ambiance.You will find two living areas on the downstairs level both with ceiling fans. One as you enter the property with tiled floors and plenty of room for other activities. The other is a more formal sitting room with brilliant beach and water views and enough seating for the whole family, TV & DVD. (Please enquire if fire place is in use). The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped and the property offers the choice of dining inside with water views or outside on the patio or in the gated private courtyard. There is a gas BBQ located in the garage at the entry of the property.
The main upstairs bedroom with a queen bed , an ensuite, a walk in robe, water views and balcony. Second bedroom also upstairs has a queen, water views and balcony. Third bedroom upstairs has two single beds. The fourth bedroom downstairs has two single beds and the fifth bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and ensuite. The main bathroom offers both a shower and spa bath. The downstairs bathroom adjoins the laundry and is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer, shower, vanity and toilet.

Seven night minimum stays only are accepted at this property.
Linen is supplied with this property, however you will be required to bring your own beach towels. If you would like bed makes, please contact our office.
