Simply leave the car in the single lock-up garage or the allocated open car space adjacent and walk, ride or explore the natural surroundings including Tomaree Headland and National Park where you may encounter koalas, kangaroos, echidnas to name a few as well as friendly bottle nose dolphins that reside in the waters off Port Stephens. Shoal Bay's BIG Beach is only 300m away for a refreshing swim or choose from Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach or Box Beach if you prefer a surf beach.
DOWNSTAIRS: The property has high cathedral ceilings in the living area which offers air conditioning, aleather lounge suite, wood and wrought iron coffee table with matching side tables and stand with CD sound system, a new 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD. Walk through to the dining room which has a solid timber dining table and 6 matching chairs adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wall oven, grill, stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. There is a small internal laundry with top loading washing machine and laundry tub for refreshing your clothes during your stay. There is a rear paved courtyard with outdoor setting and umbrella plus a side gate to a grassed area for the children to play.

There isa queen size bed, bedside table plus wardrobe in the main bedroom; a double bed and wardrobe in the secondbedroom and a bunk bed, trundle bed, dresser and wardrobe in the thirdbedroom. The main bathroom has a standard size bath to relax or to bathe the little ones, a glass shower, vanity and toilet.
Other features include a single lock-up garage that can be internally accessed by the lounge room where you will find a 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. There is a 2nd open car space next to the property which would accommodate 2 vehicles or a trailer boat (small axle trailer boat only).
