The Unit - The spacious 2 bedroom unit offers open plan living, new modern kitchen, new bathroom, internal laundry and a sunny balcony which has a view of the water. This spacious living area has a three seater and two seater leather lounge. The kitchen has all modern features with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven/stove. Modern shared bathroom with separate toilet. Two bright and fresh bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a double in the other and built in robes.
This great holiday escape will make you feel at home with a balcony area to relax and unwind that has an outdoor setting and a barbecue ensure you enjoy a summer afternoon lunch or dinner.
Accommodating two couples comfortably or a family of 3-4 this unit also has access to two car spaces with one undercover and one open space.

Great place to stay , very clean and modern. Beds comfortable.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Bahia. We love the convienence of the unit to Shoal Bay Country Club and undercover parking.the unit is well decked out in a Coastal theme and is in a quite block.

Good location, average apartment.
Apartment is a short walk to beach, cafes and restaurants which is the highlight.
The apartment decor was nice, but the apartment had a funky smell, the bathroom was dirty (muddy footprints in the bath and all), dishes smelt and needed to be rewashed, mattresses and lounges uncomfortable... all in all didn’t feel very clean or welcoming.
It lacked any form of entertainment eg wifi, Netflix, board games.... anything really! There were maybe 3 incredibly outdated books and dvds and that’s it. We stayed with our children and dreaded going back to the room because of the musky smell and the boredom. Would have been useful to have at least a handout of great places to eat or things to do.
It has the ability to be a good rental with some attention to detail but won’t be coming back.
The company, however, was very accomodating when we locked ourselves out and helpful on the phone and with recommendations of where to go.

Fantastic apartment
Loved this apartment. It was VERY clean and modern inside. Very spacious with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets and towels were mostly all Sheridan and lovely. Well stocked kitchen and laundry, large bathroom and shower and nice little balcony with a bbq. Very close to Main Street, only couple of minutes walk down the hill. Highly recommend this apartment, was so nice to find a place that was actually better than it looked in the ads.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
