At the rear of the house, the dining area with solid timber dining table leads to the backyard and the spacious back deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. This level also offer 2 bedrooms with built-in robes, one with queen bed and the other with bunk beds, as well as the main bathroom with separate bath and shower, and an internal laundry with a washing machine and 3rd toilet.
