The property is extremely well appointed and located directly opposite Fingal beach with breathtaking views from the balcony overlooking Fingal Bay and out to Broughton Island.

The main living area and open plan kitchen are located on the second floor. Key features include:

• Complementary NBN Wi-Fi
• Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and free to air apps
• Bose Sound Touch speaker with Bluetooth connectivity
• Reverse cycle air conditioner

A second room is also available with a lounge, flat screen TV and DVD player.

There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with a spa bath and ceiling fan. Bedroom two is downstairs and has a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and access to the main bathroom and back garden. Bedrooms three and four are similar and each have a set of bunks and single bed.

The property is only a short walk to the local café and small supermarket in Market St. Migrating whales can be regularly seen from Barry Park between May and September. You can explore the nearby rock pools and bush walks from Barry Park. The beach directly in front of the duplex is typically calm with small waves perfect for families. Fingal Bay beach is patrolled through the warm months, with flags in front of the surf life saving club. All you need for the ultimate family holiday at the seaside!

72b Marine Drive Fingal Bay

Stayz ad misleading. We expected “ a duplex” as advertised but only got half. Management feedback dismissive. Ad needs to change. Apart from that it was a lovely 1/2 Duplex. Best equipped kitchen I’ve experienced. Everything clean and welcoming. Position right opposite beach superb as well as the all day cooling breezes.

Great Location

We love Fingal Bay and have stayed here for many many years. This was our first stay at this particular property The position and view are the winners here but the overall cleanliness of this property really lets it down. Showers still had sand in them, mirrors were smeary from not been cleaned properly and food scraps were found under the lounge. The vacuum cleaner when used made the whole house smell putrid. Some of the pillows had staining on them. Sorry to say we wouldn’t return.

Great View

The best thing about this place was most definitely the view (apart from the big power box pole that isn’t really visible in the photos). We paid a fair bit for the place; but hardly anything was supplied (eg toilet rolls, detergent, hand soap, dishwasher balls & laundry powder). I found that the bed covers, doonas and protectors were not washed at all. However, we were supplied with sheets and this had to be made by ourselves. I would say bring your own pillows. Some dishes were still dirty and the BBQ was in a really bad state in terms of cleanliness in the fat absorber. The benefit is that it is directly across the nice part of the beach. If you’re looking for a renovated and really clean place, this is not it. If you’re looking for a place with a view & close proximity to the beach, this would be great.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
