This cosy 3rd floor unit is located across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach. With its crystal clear waters, white sands and relaxed coastal vibe, Shoal Bay is an idyllic holiday destination for anyone looking for beauty, serenity or adventure – it is undoubtedly one of the prettiest coastal towns in Australia and has so much to offer. The beach boasts great swimming and you can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter), and just a 150m stroll along the foreshore brings you to a delicious array of places to eat and drink, plus a selection of shops. At the eastern end of the bay, 600m from your apartment, is magnificent Tomaree National Park which offers spectacular views of the stunning Port Stephens coastline from its summit. There are also plenty of walking and bike tracks on offer, and just a 5-minute drive will take you to Nelson Bay.
This neat and tidy unit captures elevated views out over the bay and the Tomaree headland - relax on the balcony in the fresh ocean air and soak up the beauty while sipping a glass of wine. The outdoor space flows indoors to the comfortable open plan area, with lounge and TV/DVD player, a dining table and chairs and a well equipped, compact kitchen with an oven, cook top, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The well appointed master bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, pedestal fan and a 2nd TV, as well as water views. The 2nd bedroom offers a set of bunk beds and a single bed, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. Guests also have access to a communal coin-operated laundry, shared with others in the complex, as well as one undercover parking space.

Easy to book online. No fuss. Tidy, clean and well equipped apartment close to all Shoal Bay facilities. Good parking located downstairs with more parks in the back street. Would book here again.

Beautiful spot
We had a fabulous stay here. The view and location is perfect and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Being on the top floor made the stairs a challenge lugging all our luggage up, but definitely kept us fit . The carpark is way too small for most cars, but other than that I would recommend it and definitely go back. Cheers

Good apartment, great location but too dirty
It was good location, the apartment in good but it was dirty and the fridge /freezer wasn’t working. We were forced to buy ice to keep our food and drinks fresh in the cooler we took for our holiday.

Great family escape
I loved the location (views and proximity to the beach and shops) and the lack of Wifi and the time I got to enjoy with my kids. The unit was great and so convenient. 4 floors up and wifi-free, it is clearly not the location for everyone. The parking spot was also impossible for our family station wagon and necessitated street parking. We still loved it and I loved the price.

Perfect location and great little unit
Great views from the balcony, across the road from shoal bay beach. A shirt stroll from everything needed in shoal bay. The unit was clean, had everything needed and the linen packs supplied were a bonus. On the third floor.... so walking up stairs is required. Overall a great place to stay. Note that the carport is on the small side. We got a Honda XV into it but it required guidance...... however many of the places around also have tight parking spots

VERY HOT
hi the location was good but the room was extremely hot and very uncomfortable to sleep vans were not sufficient. I would suggest a air condition as to the money we paid for tow nights was over priced as to our friends staying in the units next door were over $200 cheaper for the two nights.
