Overlooking beautiful Little Beach

Stay just footsteps from the shores of beautiful Little Beach, which offers clear, calm waters and a grassed reserve along the foreshore with public BBQ's, a children's playground and toilet facilities. Little Beach has a public jetty for the amateur angler and a 4-lane all-tide boat ramp to launch your vessel, with fish cleaning tables and loads of trailer parking, plus a marina with boats and moorings for hire. A cafe-style kiosk provides daily newspapers, meals and refreshments plus your basic fishing requirements but for fine dining overlooking the water, you can't ignore Little Beach Boathouse.

This unit in the Collendina complex boasts sunny, open plan living with modern furnishings throughout, and has everything you will need for your next beachside escape. A combined L-shaped lounge and dining area has a leather lounge suite, big screen 42" plasma screen TV, DVD, CD player with i-pod docking station, a contemporary style dining suite for 6 guests and stunning water views. The beautifully installed kitchen offers a dishwasher, stainless steel oven and stove, full-sized fridge/freezer and a microwave. White sliding plantation shutters lead out to the balcony area which has a table and chairs for 2, a gas BBQ and views across the bay. Sit back and let the serenity wash over you as you breathe in the fresh, salty air and watch the boats pass by – this pristine coastline is one of the most beautiful in Australia, and you have a front row view.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and a 2nd TV for game consoles only. The 2nd bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) and built-in robe. The combined bathroom and laundry has a shower with a small bath at the base, separate toilet, top-loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

There is single lock-up garage (shared with another unit) to park your vehicle.

Beautiful Location

This is a neat and tidy older unit that has been updated. The location is amazing, right opposite Little Beach with a balcony looking across the bay. a STUNNING. The downsides are the three flights of stairs to lug your luggage up and down, there is no air conditioning which made afternoons quite hot! The sun Beats in the front every afternoon. The second bedroom has no ceiling fan but there was a stand fan, the toilet has a weird box round a pipe which makes the area a little squeezy. Also the pillows need to be replaced. The pluses, the VIEW, the location, the updated kitchen, the comfortable lounge room. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Fabulous location. Neat and tidy older style unit. Very clean and has everything you need (apart from wifi unfortunately). Bathroom could do with a facelift but works fine. It is on the third level so a few flights of stairs to lug up your luggage but absolutely beautiful views. Balcony is on the smaller side with only a setting for 2 but we took a dining chair and squeezed it in for our daughter. Beautiful beach right across the road and amazing sunsets. Could do with a ceiling fan in the second bedroom but there was a fan to use in there. Air-conditioning would be a great addition as it gets the hot afternoon sun. Overall we had a great holiday and would stay again.

Great Location beautiful sunsets ��

This was as expected a nice view from balcony in a great location. The stairs were a little annoying I wouldn’t book if you had you children and prams etc.
the disappointing thing was both lounges were broken and you couldn’t sit on them at all. Also the balcony was dirty as well as the table and chairs. Also there was clean sheets but the doona wasn’t washed.

Perfect location to relax

Position across from beach perfect. The stairs to the 3rd floor a bit of a pain but still worth it due to location. The unit had everything that we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect in every way- a very comfortable family vacation unit. Spectacular view, lovely breeze ( October) great location, excellent comfortable beds. It has everything you need including a massive TV, enough kitchen equipment for a holiday . Perfect location very close to a kids park, walking distance to Marina. It is a popular weekend and holiday spot because it is so beautiful. We’ll be back It is on the third floor with stairs so if you need to take lots of heavy suitcases and don’t like stairs you need a ground floor . We were impressed when we walked in . If you want OTT glamour this is not for you - it’s a relaxing, comfortable unit where we felt at home. Thank you.
