Walk to Shoal Bay Beach!

Only 550m away from Shoal Bay's beachfront is this gorgeously upheld townhouse on Edward Street. The calm waters and soft white sand of this beautiful stretch of beach are practically just around the corner, and waterfront cafes, grocery stores, a pharmacy and restaurants/pubs including the popular Shoal Bay Country Club can also be found along the foreshore.

If you're in the mood for an adventure and want to experience mother nature's breathtaking scenery, hike the Tomaree Head Summit walk (1.2km away) for unparalleled views of the idyllic Port Stephens coastline. When you reach the summit, enjoy panoramic views of Yacaaba Head and Broughton Island from the north platform, as well as nature reserves Cabbage Tree and Boondelbah Islands – the world’s only nesting sites for the endangered Gould's petrel. From the south platform, look out over Point Stephens Lighthouse, Fingal Island and Zenith, Wreck and Box Beaches, with these beaches all only 1-2km from the townhouse. Make sure to take your binoculars if you want to look for whales or dolphins!

This 2-storey townhouse is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, air-conditioned property. The entrance level boasts an open plan living room with a flat screen TV and a free WiFi connection, which flows out to the north facing alfresco entertaining area – a lovely courtyard featuring a gas BBQ and an above ground spa. The house is pet friendly (outside only) so you can even bring the 4-legged family member!

Preparing meals will be easy in the well equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, full fridge and freezer, microwave and oven. A 2nd living area and a laundry with a washing machine and 3rd toilet complete the downstairs section.

Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite and private balcony, while the other 2 bedrooms have built-in robes with a king bed in one, and 2 king single beds in the other. The main bathroom has a corner bath, shower and toilet.

Safely secure your vehicle in the single lock up garage, and there is additional parking space available in the driveway (the 2nd lock up garage space is for owner use only) .
