Peaceful Fingal Bay Duplex
The Location - Enjoy Fingal Bay, a coastal hamlet offering clubs, restaurants, cafes, bottle shop and general store and a pristine patrolled beach that is ripe for exploring and only 400m away. Fingal Bay Beach has its own island connected by a sand-spit, the spit at the north end links Fingal Island to the mainland, on low tide you can walk across to the island (with caution) to visit the Fingal lighthouse and the amazing views it offers. Fingal Bay has an abundance of bush tracks to discover with 20 kilometers of rocky coastline ideal for bush walking, fishing and exploring with guests who stay between May and November having a good chance of spotting humpback whales from Barry Park. Shoal Bay is approx 2km away and offers a selection of cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, beautiful beaches and the famous Tomaree Mountain which you can walk to the summit to witness magnificent views of Port Stephens. The township of Nelson Bay is 5km away.
The Duplex - This single level holiday home is situated in a quiet residential street opposite natural bush land. Entering the home through a foyer to a spacious carpeted living room with a corner lounge, a large flat screen TV, plenty of books to keep you entertained and a ceiling fan. Continue through the duplex to an open plan area consisting of a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and Aldi coffee machine (BYO pods) and a dining area with ceiling fan fitted with a large square wooden table and eight chairs. This area also consists of another lounge area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD player and ceiling fan with glass sliding doors opening out to a private covered patio area with a dining setting and gas BBQ. There is also an outdoor shower in the courtyard to rinse off after a day at the beach.
The duplex offers three bedrooms, two of them are fitted with queen size beds and ceiling fans with a private ensuite attached to one of them and the third bedroom provides two sets of bunk beds and two pedestal fans. The main bathroom consists of a standard size bath, glass shower, vanity with the toilet situated separately. The internal laundry is fitted with a Hoover top loading washing machine and a Simpson dryer. The property also comes with a single lock up garage and parking for one car in the driveway. There are definitely smoke alarms at the property.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
