The Location - Florentine is directly opposite family friendly Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics and BBQ's, less than 500 metres from the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach and just over two kilometres from Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and the marina. All apartments offer views and there is a resort style pool in the complex too.
The Apartment - This third floor apartment offers uninterrupted views across the bay from the balcony, living area and main bedroom. The open plan living area is air conditioned and has a flat screen TV, Foxtel and a DVD player, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, cook-top and a Vittoria expresso coffee machine (Woolworths pods). There is a second living area with flat screen TV, a main bedroom with water views, a queen bed and an ensuite with spa bath and shower, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two single beds (both with ceiling fans). The main bathroom has a shower and bath and there is an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Secure undercover parking for two cars with lift access to the apartment.

Absolutely fabulous accomodation
Great place for a relaxing holiday with the family. Bike riding, swimming, walking, surf beaches not too far away. You can walk into Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay.

Great stay!
Close to the beach and everything you need, our stay was great. The set up worked particularly well for a family of four and another couple as two bedrooms were able to close off from the full apartment, meaning when our kids woke at the crack of dawn we could contain them and keep the noise away from the peacefully sleeping grandparents.
Short trip into town and parking under the building was also great.
Only thing that could have improved it was a BBQ on the balcony, but with a good kitchen it wasn't a must have.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
