Both the kitchen and dining areas offer sliding glass door access to the large covered balcony with an outdoor table and seating where you can relax, unwind and absorb in the amazing 180-degree blue vistas across Port Stephens. A second alfresco entertaining area at the rear of the property offers a 3-burner gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
The main bedroom also has access to the covered balcony and offers a queen bed, mirrored built-in robe and beautiful water views to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top), wardrobe and a flat screen TV that is ideal for kids game consoles. The bathroom and laundry offers a shower over the bath and a toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
