The Location - Our lovely unit at 51 Government Road is the perfect location for your next holiday! Situated in the always beautiful Nelson Bay, treat yourself to real authentic backyard experiences, such as whale and dolphin cruises, and the gorgeous surrounding beaches. When stay-caying at our property, a sneaky local trail can be found off Government Road on the Christmas Bush through to Dutchies Beach only 550m away, at estimated 8 minute walk. A 5 minute drive away will take you to Bagnalls Beach.
Nelson Bay is also home to luscious golf courses, skate parks,. the SPLASH waterpark, dog exercise parks, nearby grocery stores and Gan Gan lookout. All the summer experiences you need are right at your doorstep.
Enjoy our local foods with restaurants, bars and cafes such as The Wharf Restaurant, Eviva Café and Bar, Little Beach Boathouse, Bluewater Grill, Sandpipers Restaurant, Dolphin House, Sanook Thai, Sienna’s Pizzeria bar and restaurant, and L’il Buddha Asian Cuisine.
The Unit - At the front of the complex on the second storey is our little unit ready for your next vacation! Entering the apartment you are treated to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The views up on our unit are magical as our deep blue couches match the glistening ocean you can experience from the glass sliding doors. Our living room also features a flat screen TV, split air conditioning and a bricked bar to enjoy your nights away. Just off the lounge room is our sunroom, which converts into another bedroom as the sofa bed supplies a double bedding area. The beachy interior of the house flows into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a full fridge/freezer combo, oven, stove top, and microwave, perched upon timber benches. If you want to truly experience the view of this friendly unit, head out onto the balcony where you'll also find an outdoor gas grill and sparkling ocean views in the distance. The balcony can be accessed via the sunroom also.
Heading into our main bedroom, guests are treated to a king bed, a ceiling fans bedside tables with floral arrangements, easily accessible powerpoints, a decorative mirror and large wardrobe/storage space for all your items. Our second bedroom is equipped with two king single beds, beachy decor, and a ceiling fan.
Our bathroom features a shower, bathtub, vanity and a separate toilet. An internal washing machine is available, along with an iron and ironing board.
There is room to park your car at the rear of the complex within the carport provided. You can fit two cars if parked one in front of the other.
Children are welcomed to our unit, as long as they are monitored, especially at front of balcony and rear access from carport area via ramp.
Linens and bed makes are provided (however only the top sheet is provided for modular sofa bed in sunroom).
There are smoke alarms at this property.
Access via driveway left hand side of complex turn left into carport and entry via ramp at rear of unit.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
