Spectacular Double Storey House with Grassy and Oceanic Views
The Location – Located in the peaceful suburb of Boat Harbour, rich in natural beauty, rocky headlands and secluded beaches, is our house, Harbourview. View the gorgeous surroundings from the house looking out onto the bushland and sparkling ocean. The popular and beautiful One Mile Beach (patrolled) is only 1km away or less if you take the bush trail across the road. Boat Harbour beach is also only 1km away and has calmer waters. During the months of May to November, expect to see some whales swim by at the Boat Harbour Rocks. The closest shops are at Anna Bay which is 2.5km from the house, here you will find an IGA, bakery, butchers, News agents, take-away's etc. Nelson Bay CBD is 8km away.
The House – Get ready to unwind and relax when looking upon the soothing views Harbourview has to offer. The double storey house is enough for eight people, with four bedrooms, one main bathroom, and an ensuite, along with a patio, balcony and views that prove why holidaying in Australia is always worthwhile.
On the upper level of the house, you’ll find the open plan living, dining and kitchen which flows onto the outdoor area. The spacious area is perfect for entertaining, or just relaxing, all while enjoying a free wi-fi connection. The quirky white marble kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with full fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a breakfast bar, with a view that can only be found in Aus, with a stunning outback outlook. The views travel along from the kitchen to the dining room and the open plan area opens up to the large balcony that features outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, as well as potted and hanging plants for those who really appreciate nature’s bountiful gifts.
The stylishly decorated lounge room features a flat screen TV upon white furniture, split air-conditioning and all the room in the world to sit down with two lounges, one with a chaise, and a lovely, decorated daybed big enough for one small child. As if one lounge room wasn’t enough, a second living area can be found downstairs with even more lavish furniture than the first, and another flat screen television. The downstairs living area also has a patio with a wooden outdoor table and chair combination with an umbrella to shade you from the sun, and beautiful greenery surrounding. You’re spoiled for choice at Harbourview!
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor, with a queen bed, an ensuite that features a vanity with a woven wooden mirror, a spacious glass shower and a toilet. The other three rooms are on the bottom level, both bedroom two and three with a double bed each, and the fourth supporting a single bed and trundle. Each room is decorated with picturesque artistry and flora, while the kid’s bedroom has a few toys scattered around to make your little ones feel right at home.
The main bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, vanity and a separate toilet. An internal washing machine, sink and laundry baskets are also provided.
There is a parking spot available on the common drive-way to the left-hand side of entry (a sign is present on site for the designated spot). Guests need to be mindful not to block anyone in as it is a common driveway to other houses. There is also additional parking on Harbourview Street. Garage is for owner use only.
Linens and bed makes are supplied. There are smoke alarms at this property.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
