Horizons Escape is set amongst the trees overlooking Horizons Golf Course, the championship par 72, 18-hole golf course designed by Graham Marsh and Ross Watson. Here, you get to be away from the crowds, yet just 10 minutes by car to Port Stephens beautiful beaches and Nelson Bay's boutique shops, restaurants and marina. This stylish villa is also just over 2km to the Salamander Bay Shopping Centre.
Horizons Escape, Villa 136 blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature, offering a home away from home. Relax in the shade of the trees under the roofed pergola with privacy screens, a stone outdoor setting and plenty of seating. Watch the sunset, listen to the birds and look out for local kangaroos and kookaburras. With attention given to comfort and style, this villa is perfect for 2 couples, 4 singles or a family for a relaxing short break, golfing getaway or family holiday.
The main open plan living area offers golf course views and is air-conditioned with a lounge, free WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix and a sound bar, plus a dining area and modern kitchen with breakfast bar, filtered water tap, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven/griller, cooktop and full fridge.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with remote control ceiling fans and their own private, architecturally designed courtyard. The main bedroom has a king bed and a second Smart TV while the second bedroom has 2 king single beds. With an additional lounge sofa that folds out to a comfortable single bed, the villa accommodates up to 5 guests.
The villa has two bathrooms, one which includes a spa bath and shower, and the second bathroom contains a shower and also a washing machine. Guests also have access to an external shared laundry with washer and dryer.
Parking is available with one off-street car space plus visitor parking.

- Linen packs, shampoo and body wash are provided at this property and beds will be made, ready for your arrival.
- Unfortunately the pool at the property is closed until further notice. This decision was made by the Strata committee and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Absolutely top spot
Welcoming, warm, beautiful location and villa. Very quiet location, so relaxing to watch the birds and kangaroos. Spotless, with comfortable king bed, lovely toiletries. Need a car to get around, shops and beaches not far around 10mins to closest, Nelson Bay and Port Stephens around 20 mins. Highly recommend and if you like golf it’s next to course, bistro at club house.

Villa Central to all activities of Port Stephens
Rental property suited our needs for 2 couples as it had 2 showers and toilets. Nice to wake up and watch the world go bye or local animals grazing on fairways. Villa is 15 mins from beaches and within 20 minute radius of a lot of activities . Although our trip had wet weather we enjoyed everything and great having shopping complex within 5 min drive

We had an awesome time staying at Villa 136. The house was perfect, incredibly well set up and with many thoughtful touches that made our time there special. We loved the tranquility of the place, the kangaroos visiting every day and the proximity to town and the beaches. Great place to visit the beautiful region and to have great rest in the evening.

Tasteful and comfortable
Myself and three other retired veteran golfers had a very pleasant 3 days in villa 136 in November 2019. Over the years we have stayed in many of the Villas at Horizons, but none have been as comfortable as 136. It has obviously had a recent makeover which was very tasteful. Every requirement was first class all necessary amenities available. We look forward to another stay at 136 in the future.

Dreaming holiday home
We stayed in the villa for a week and everything is very satisfying. The property is well furnished and well maintained. It is right on the course, so the view is spectacular. Sitting in the sofa could see lots of kangaroos eating grass. It is so cool. The house is close to a trail that is suitable for morning walk. We went looking for Koala and did find one in the last day. We have had a great time staying there.

Relaxing surrounds
The atmosphere was really relaxing, waking up to the birds and kangaroos was really nice. Lots of space in the villa, the ensuite's for both rooms were huge, and the beds were really comfy. I loved the welcome gift we received with the personalised note from Linda. Location was also great 2 minutes from Salamander shopping centre an only 10-15 from Nelson's Bay.
