Close to town and the beach, waterviews, air conditioning and wifi too.

The Location - Kiah is opposite Nelson Bay Beach and has private stairs that lead to the foreshore just metres away, the beach is perfect for swimming and you can hire out paddle boards and kayaks in the summer and Easter school holidays. Also across the road from the unit is the ferry terminal which will take you over to Tea Gardens. Follow the path 500 metres along the beach to the Marina and on the way you will pass the Splash Water Park (in the holiday period) and a lovely children's playground. d'Albora Marina offers a range of water activities and cruises, boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants, wander up into Nelson Bay town centre for more shops and eateries. Shoal Bay in the other direction is just a short 3km drive. 

The Unit: This first floor unit has been tastefully refurbished and styled for holiday letting. The large sheltered balcony offers waterviews and is ideal for alfresco dining with an outdoor setting, gas bbq and gas outdoor heater. Moving indoors there is an open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, Smart TV and lounge suite including sofa bed and dining setting for six guests. Take in the waterviews from the kitchen, equipped with a microwave, oven, cooktop and a full fridge (plus a complimentary bottle of wine in a wine cooler too).

The main bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom offers a full bath, separate shower and toilet and you also have the convenience of a separate internal laundry with a washer and dryer. 

Secure parking for one car in a single lock up garage with direct access via stairs to the first floor.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Linen and bed makes are provided for all beds. Linen is not supplied for the sofa bed, but can be hired on request.

Lovely unit in central location

This is a lovely unit which obviously has recently been renovated. It is in a central location where you can walk to the beach, CBD, restaurants and cafes. As we had four adults the second bedroom was cramped but would be great for kids. The unit had all of the necessities we needed, was very clean and fresh. Would stay again.

Fantastic with water views

My family and I stayed here for two nights everything was across the road didn’t even need the car for the whole day the beach was across the toad and the marina was short distance away the property was very cosy and I’m
Sure the owners were very generous because it even had salt pepper cling wrap and other things on the kitchen and house I didn’t expect to see even though I had brought my own because I’ve stayed at other properties and not even tissue box was in the house everything was set up as if u had walked into a hotel beds were made towels were arranged it was a welcoming home
The holiday home I stayed at gave me more comfort than I could think of. The quality of the kitchen utensils were not cheap branded and was better quality and looked after comparison to other holidays homes I’ve stayed in the past the home has modern look and modern appliances which makes it easy for our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to any small family you will love it for any short stay I will be back at this property in the future.

quiet, clean and close to town

after some confusion about the keys, my family and I enjoyed our stay. the apartment was as described / pictured, was walking distance from a beach and from the CBD, was clean and well maintained. I would recommend the apartments to friends and / or family.

Great stay

The apartment was in a great location, beautiful views and walking distance to the beach and marina! The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds however were uncomfortable to sleep on.

Clean, New Feel & Close to the Water

The recent renovations definitely made the stay more enjoyable. From the back it's literally a walk down the steps and cross the street to get to the water. 5 min walk to the main part of town.
Only things missing were the smaller things, like no coffee machine.

Great location

We were relocated to this unit as the unit we booked was filthy. We had a good overall stay. Close to beach and shops. Unit was clean and well presented. Rental management was helpful. (Picking up the key from container for original unit was difficult, we were there for close to an hour with other customers who could not access keys . A worker came and got system working, not great after a long drive). The lady who relocated us was very helpful and took us to the unit herself and opened it for us. This was much appreciated. The stove is old and took a very long time to cook a couple of pies. We ran out of hot water if we showered in the evening (1 adult & 1child). Living area was cold and not much natural light, we had the heater and lamp on whenever we were in the unit. Beautiful view from the laundry of sunsets. Beautiful trees and birds.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
