The kitchen has been stylishly renovated providing guests with quality appliances including a Miele stainless steel wall oven, SMEG microwave and dishwasher, ceramic cook top and range-hood plus a full size fridge/ freezer, and granite bench tops. The master bedroom provides a double bed. The second bedroom is ideal for the kids with a bunk bed and single trundle bed. The bathroom has been renovated in 2017 offering a shower, bath and vanity.
Other features of the property include a single lock-up garage plus an open car space suitable for a second vehicle or small axle trailer boat, as well as internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine and dryer.
If you like the idea of getting wet but prefer your water-based activities a little more on the relaxing side, then this holiday destination is for you. Take a short walk around to popular Little Beach, a great place for littlies with calm swimming water, sandy beach, grassed foreshore and FREE BBQ facilities or simply walk across the grassed reserve to discover Shoal Bay Beach, great for the big kids in the family. Nelson has a 27-hole golf course with pro-shop, cart and club hire only 2.6km from the unit with the Nelson Bay CBD and Marina only 2.5kms away. The Inner Light House is within walking distance where you can enjoy scrumptious meals, hot coffee and views across Shoal Bay or treat the family to a Mexican feast at WESTS Nelson Bay Diggers which also offers bistro meals, raffles, entertainment, Balance Gym and courtesy bus.

On arrival there was NO linen in the room, we called and it was delivered however we had an event to attend and could not shower prior, this is simply unacceptable. The room was not worth 340 a night when compared to 5 Star accom in Sydney for eg, 200 at best and maybe 50 for the location, a double bed was too small for 2 adults and the endless communication from the company was a nuisance inc leading up to the stay. I have called and left a message for someone to call me but its Wed and I have not heard from you, again NOT acceptable. The Hot Water in the unit is also way too hot for a commercial property and my wife scalded herself, I would hate to think what a young child could do it is almost boiling I am sure there is a regulation for the temp on hot water in a place that is leased?? We will never use the company or this accom again, very disappointed. I can stay in 5 Star accom in Sydney for 340 a night we had seen the pics of the unit and we knew what to expect, but as I say a double bed and no linen was well below what we anticipated.

Great location but needs an update
Location and view fabulous. Kitchen and bathrooms great and new. Other rooms, and furniture really need an update at this price point. Carpet, and furniture stained and chipped etc...
