Oceanfront Accommodation In Fishermans Bay

The Location - Wake up to the sound of rolling waves from this unique duplex located practically on the rocky ocean front, in the sleepy seaside village of Fishermans Bay. A great location for fishing enthusiasts, surfers, divers or for those who just love the great outdoors. Fishermans beach is only 350m away and Birubi beach 1km away.  Experiencing the dunes off Stockton Beach for the first time is an awe inspiring adventure located just 3.5km by car or less than 2km walk.  The dunes are enormous, very steep and quite thrilling! You can take a 4WD tour, hire a quad bike, camel ride or sand boarding down the dunes. If you prefer water activities then you will be thrilled at knowing you are within minutes to great surfing, scuba diving and fishing with both rock and beach fishing popular amongst locals and visitors alike. Humpback whales migrate past the front door between mid-May to mid-November each year and guest staying here have a very good chance of seeing these amazing mammals breech from the comfort of this beautiful holiday home.The township of Nelson Bay is 12km's away.

The Duplex - This ground floor air conditioned duplex offers open plan living with a three seater lounge, ottoman, flat screen TV, DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs, breath taking ocean views plus sliding glass door access to a covered patio area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an new upright stove, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and plenty of bench-space including a breakfast bar with two high back stools property also has free WIFI.

The main bedroom offers ocean views, queen size bed with a built-in robe, ceiling fan and chrome folding luggage rack. The second bedroom is also located on the ocean side of the property with water views and has a double size bed and a built-in robe, pedestal fan and chrome folding luggage rack. The third bedroom to the rear of the property looks over national parklands and includes double bed, built-in robe, pedestal fan and chrome folding luggage rack . The bathroom has been modernised and includes a bath, glass shower and vanity with the toilet separate. Other features include an external laundry located to the rear of the main property and includes a top loading washing machine and dryer. Garage is for owner use only. There is street parking out the front with room for two vehicles and a trailer boat in this cul-de-sac location.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

What a holiday !!!

It was amazing in every way .
We will definitely be coming back :)
Although : The fridge door did not close so on some occaions we had to throw our food away
the cold water tap in the shower kept on falling off
the bathroom door - coudl not be closed properly and when we did close it we coudl not open it form inside - had to ask someoen to push from the other side so we could get out .
We had the best time and will absolutely be coming back !!!

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
