The Location - Located right near Fishermans Bay and Boat Harbour, is our duplex on Old Main Road, central to everything you need on your holiday away. A five minute drive can take you to many surrounding beaches such as Kinsley Beach, Little Kingsley Beach, One Mile Beach, and if you're interested in watching dogs live their best lives, Birubi Beach Dog Exercise Area. With whale watching tours, golf courses, skate parks, playgrounds and headlands nearby, you'll have plenty of outdoor activities to try. Head to our delicious local restaurants, bars and cafes, including Crest Birubi Beach, Anna Bay Tavern, The Tea and Bean Cafe, Anna Bay Thai, Rubi Blue Cafe-Restaurant, and LJ's Cafe. Medical services and the post office are only a short distance away too.
The Duplex - Come enjoy yourself and relax in our humble abode in Anna Bay, a 5 minute drive away to a multitude of surrounding beaches. The duplex offers an open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area with a split air-conditioning system, an outdoor area and yard, three bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a main bathroom, internal laundry and room to park your car. The comfortable lounge room has free wi-fi and a Smart TV set up to input your own Netflix and Stan accounts. The fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, basic dishes, utensils, as well as crockery cutlery and glassware. The uncovered patio setting is the perfect entertaining area with a gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and a lawn for the kids to play on.
The three bedrooms all feature bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes, curtains, and storage space. Our master bedroom with our king bed and ceiling fan, also has an ensuite attached. Our second bedroom has a single bed and a ceiling fan, while our third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle underneath (this requires set up if it is to be used).
Our main bathroom's features include a shower, bathtub, separate toilet, and a vanity. There are internal laundry facilities including a washing machine, and a clothes dryer within the garage, as well as an iron, ironing board and clothesline out the back.
Off street parking is available on our quiet street via our driveway.
Linens and bed makes are provided (along with a top sheet over the doona insert).

Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
