The Location - Portside is right in town, only a 350 metre walk to Nelson Bay's boutique shops, cafes and restaurants and 2 km to the marina and Nelson Bay Beach. There is also a pool in the complex (open from October to April).
The Unit - This first floor unit overlooks the Bay, with waterviews from the balcony. There is air conditioned, open plan living with a flatscreen smart TV, a dining area and a new kitchen area with Caesar stone bench top, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a coffee (pod) machine and a full fridge. Two bedrooms with walk-in-wardrobes, (queen bed, one tribunk which includes one double bed and one single bed), a bathroom with a shower and bath, a separate toilet, and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Two secure car spaces are provided, so you can park your cars and stroll to town.
This property has a security deposit which must be finalised on arrival (via credit card pre authorisation or cash), as well as the completion of our guest registration form located on our website and confirmation email.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Great location!
Great spot. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Older kids might find the bunk set up a bit small. Great to have a big laundry. Would have been great to have a bit more Info in the apartment about parking arrangements and the location of bins. A fan in the bedrooms would be a great addition.
