Great location, great house, very happy with our stay
We stayed for a couple of nights for a fishing trip at Nelson Bay. House was in a great location close to boat ramps. Plenty of room on the driveway to park the boat, and the house was clean and tidy as well. Very happy with our stay.

Peaceful Getaway Home
Clean, tidy, well furnished and equipped with ample space for a family of 5. Location was peaceful and about a 10 mins walk to beach. Look forward to staying there again!

Great property awful agents.
I first called Winning Holidays directly and they told me they had no properties with a 2 night stay available even though on their website it said they did. Anyway went on to and booked the exact same property I inquired about for two nights no issues, and guess what, Winning Holidays were the agent??? We also requested an early check in as we had a boat in tow and were told that it wasn't possible as the cleaners were there, we then received a text offering early check in for $75!!! we took the boat and parked on the street outside the house, there were no cleaners there and the house hadnt been cleaned that well anyway as there was sand still in both showers and a few small dead cockroaches. We again asked if we could check in a bit early and were told no. We also received another text about late checkout where Winning Holidays again wanted to charge us heaps more money to do so. I understand that sometimes there is very little time between when people check out of a property and when someone else checks in but Winning Holidays are lying to their customers in order to scam extra money out of people who just want to relax in the property they have booked. We are currently heading into the biggest recession Australia has known and these tactics just don't sit well with me.

Convenient Location
This little duplex is great for that family holiday. Comfortable and well stocked. The electric grill is better than the one I have at Home! Good kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery. An abundance of glasses, mugs etc. Good air-con and tv. Two toilets and laundry is away from the living area. Extra long garage for the bikes. Walk to beach. We stayed here not long after it was renovated a few years ago. We would come back and recommend it.
