It is also only 500 metres from family friendly Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics and BBQ's and just one kilometre (or a walk up the beach) to Shoal Bay's shops, cafes and restaurants. Plus five minutes drive into Nelson Bay.
The Unit - This third floor unit offers panoramic views across the Harbour from the balcony and living area. The living area is open plan with a flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area and a full kitchen with a cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Two bedrooms (queen bed and two single beds), both with ceiling fans, a bathroom with a shower (no bath) and an internal laundry with a washer (no dryer). Undercover parking is available for two small cars.
