The Location - This immaculate home is situated in a quiet suburban street in Corlette. It is only 1.5km to Bagnalls and Dutchies beach which are accessible by car or by foot along a public foot path. Salamander Bay Shopping Centre is only 2km away for all your essentials during your stay and a little further is Tomaree Outdoor Swimming Pool and Toboggan Hill Park. Nelson Bay CBD is 2.5km away,a bustling town with plenty of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and an array of land and water activities available including our popular dolphin cruises. Visit the tourist information centre for more on what to see/do in Port Stephens which is located under the footpath bridge in Nelson Bay.
The House - You will not be disappointed when staying at this beautifully designed and appointed home. From the state of the art kitchen space to the impeccable bathrooms, offering plenty of room for the whole family. The property features a spacious living & dining area that joins the kitchen on the first floor, combining to provide a large open plan space that leads to a private undercover balcony with tasteful outdoor furnishings. From the balcony you can enjoy the views of the water and beyond to the mountains in the distance. The house is fitted with down lights and ducted air conditioning throughout. The sitting area is carpeted with a modern lounge suite, flat screen TV and a study zone. The modern fully equipped kitchen comes fitted with wall oven, gas stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus bar stools at the kitchen bench. The dining area provides a glass table and stylish bucket chairs. Continuing on the first floor is the main bathroom with a free standing bath, glass shower, double vanity with the toilet located separately. The laundry is next door to the bathroom which then leads out to an open deck which houses the BBQ and a clothes line.
The property offers four bedroom, all are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, ensuite with glass shower and a walk-in robe. Bedroom two offers another king size bed and mirrored built-in robes with the two other bedrooms offering a set of bunk beds in each, one styled for boys and one styled for girls. Downstairs is a second sitting room and the property's third bathroom. Other features include a lock up double garage space with room for two vehicles plus the surfboards, with landscaped gardens outside and plenty of space to park the boat on the drive way.
This is a family only property and has a strict 'No party' and 'No excessive noise,' policy as it is in a residential area. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

Spent close to 24 months in this home. Terrific location, lots to see and do in the area, great home/furnishings. Everything you need to feel at home.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
