The House - You will not be disappointed when staying at this beautifully designed and appointed home. From the state of the art kitchen space to the impeccable bathrooms, offering plenty of room for the whole family. The property features a spacious living & dining area that joins the kitchen on the first floor, combining to provide a large open plan space that leads to a private undercover balcony with tasteful outdoor furnishings. From the balcony you can enjoy the views of the water and beyond to the mountains in the distance. The house is fitted with down lights and ducted air conditioning throughout. The sitting area is carpeted with a modern lounge suite, flat screen TV and a study zone. The modern fully equipped kitchen comes fitted with wall oven, gas stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus bar stools at the kitchen bench. The dining area provides a glass table and stylish bucket chairs. Continuing on the first floor is the main bathroom with a free standing bath, glass shower, double vanity with the toilet located separately.
