LINEN SUPPLIED! Situated in the small,quiet town of Salamander Bay. This two storey, Pet Friendly duplex certainly has very pleasant and comfortable feel to it. The property offers an open plan living area with fully ducted air-conditioning for everyone to enjoy.The main lounge room offers a plush lounge suite, large LED flat screen TV, DVD and dining setting for 8 guests. It is also fitted with double bi-fold doors which opens up onto the balcony for all the family to sit, have a BBQ and relax. This property also includes free WIFI.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped,including a dishwasher and has everything you will need to make family meals.

There is a second living area located downstairs which also opens up to the backyard. It contains a LED TV & DVD player which can be used for the kids or for those who wish to indulge in some peace and quiet. There is also a small kitchenette fitted with a small bar fridge and sink.

The main bedroom offers a Queen bed with an ensuite and a walk in robe. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with built in robes and the third bedroom has two single beds with built in robes.

Other features include internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, dryer and double lock-up garage. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Please note this property includes sheets and towels, however you are required to bring beach towels.

Please note: while linen is supplied, the beds will not be made at the property and you will be required to make your own beds.

OK, but aircon was very poor, which made it uncomfortable upstairs. Road noise is loud, even with doors shut.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
