The Location - Fingal Bay clearly has that postcard appeal. There are many aspects to this patrolled surf beach including: Kiddies Corner, which is ideal for small children to swim and play, a boat ramp to launch your vessel, a long white sandy beach for an invigorating walk or just relax and enjoy the taste of the sea as you lounge on the beach. A short stroll away is the awesome Longboat cafe and Salt for dinner and lunch above the Fingal Bay surf lifesaving club. Fingal Bay is also home to Park Run so if you're up to improving your PB then head there for an 8am start every Saturday.
Fingal Bay is very appealing to young families and seniors. Watch the whales migrate north from the vantage point at Barry Park or enjoy a picnic BBQ at one of the facilities along the foreshore approx. 200m from the unit. After you have enjoyed your day at the beach why not discover the Best Host on the Coast, with a beer, wine or bistro meal at the Fingal Bay Sports and Rec Club (approx. 900m away). The club also has a childrens playground, raffles, entertainment and a courtesy bus to pick you up and then drop you home after an enjoyable evening. Fingal Bay shops has a Garage Tyre Service Station, Take Away and Cellar Restaurant and Bottle Shop.
The Unit - Freshly renovated with a brand new modern bathroom and new flooring, enjoy paradise all year round from this affordable self-contained first floor unit located at Fingal Bay.
Features include an open plan air-conditioned living / dining area with flat screen TV and sliding glass doors which open up to a private full length balcony with outdoor setting and BBQ. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a dishwasher, upright stove, microwave and a standard sized fridge / freezer. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, and king single bed. The newly renovated bathroom offers a bath, shower and vanity.
There is an internal laundry and the complex has an open car parking area at the rear of the property with ample parking but no allocated space. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
Please note: There are windy stairs up to the unit so may not be suitable for guests with disabilities.

Pleasant stay, great location.
A trouble free experience, the unit has everything and has a good feel. However, the TV and stove/oven need upgrading, and the external stairs were awkward to navigate, we bumped our heads on the overhanging concrete slab a number of times.

great place to stay
My friends and I stayed here and really enjoyed our holiday.
The property was in a great location - a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Nelson and Shoal Bay for meals and activities.
I accidently left some belongings behind at the unit after checking out and Winnings were very helpful in getting those back, quickly and with little stress.
Our only issue was that we paid for the beds to be made up for us and this was not done; and when I tried calling all of the lines directed me to leave a message in message banks that were all full.
Apart from that though the house was a great place for myself and four friends to stay for our week at the bay. We would definitely recommend to others.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
