While you're there be sure to book a space on the public tennis courts located opposite (racket and ball hire also available) plus a playground. There is a lovely bike path that connects Shoal Bay to Fingal Bay. Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approx 3km away.

The bathroom has a glass shower, vanity and toilet. Other features include an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The property also provides off street parking for one car on the pavers at the front entrance and 'easy access' with only one step making it also ideal elderly guests (rear yard is reserved for upstairs guests only). There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
