Downstairs is the second living area. Both living spaces have split system air-conditioning for your comfort, and each has a Smart TV, wifi is available. The working parent or studying teen is thought of too, with a study nook and monitors in the downstairs living space.
The house is perfectly set up for young children with a high chair and child safety gate provided, plus toys, books and board games. Their imaginations can run wild playing in the sandpit boat in the backyard, and there is plenty of grass to run around on. You can join in or take the opportunity to just relax on the deck, knowing the yard is fully secured - perhaps cook up a BBQ or just sit back with a book, taking in the calming ambiance of the tropical palms that line the lovely garden.

Bedroom 1 - King bed, built-in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet

The main bathroom has a large corner bath to luxuriate in, plus a shower and toilet.
Linen is provided and the beds will be made ready for arrival.

There is also an internal laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities, plus a clothesline outside. Parking is available for 2 cars with one in the garage and one space in the driveway.
LOCATION
You are just over 1km to the Corlette Foreshore for a swim at the beach or water activities, and Roy Wood Reserve, a beautiful spot for picnics or to watch the sunset. Bagnall's Beach is 1.5km away and offers great swimming, a playground and more picnic facilities and it is dog-friendly so you even have the opportunity to see the local's dogs taking a dip.
Corlette and the greater Port Stephens area is home to miles of pristine coastline, stunning beaches and rugged bush tracks, just waiting for you to explore.
