The Location- This modern apartment is located in 'The Shoal', one street back from popular Shoal Bay Beach and to many cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Shoal Bay beach is a lovely pristine beach good for swimming and you can hire Kayaks and paddle boards in the high season school holidays and at Easter. There are many cycle tracks leading to either Nelson Bay (3km's away) and to Fingal Bay (4km's away) Bike hire is available in Shoal Bay. There are also a selection of beautiful walking tracks in the Tomaree National Park and to the summit of Tomaree Mountain which offers spectacular views over Port Stephens and the Bay.

The Apartment: A stylish air conditioned apartment offering open plan living & dining with floor boards throughout. Guests have use of a large flat screen with Foxtel, Telstra TV and Wifi, from here you have access to a balcony with a table and two chairs providing elevated filtered water views. The fully equipped modern kitchen is fitted with an island bench and includes a cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher and a large two door fridge/freezer.

The apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom offers a queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and filtered water views. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, 4 single beds in total. Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioners, carpet and built in robes. There is another modern bathroom near the entrance which includes a shower, vanity and toilet. Other features include internal laundry with washing machine & dryer, lift access and secure parking for one vehicle. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

The apartment provides linen, towels and beds will be made. Beach towels are not provided.

Please note that there are security cameras installed in the common areas of The Shoal. There are no cameras in individual apartments.
