In Tradewinds, a cosy complex of just 6 units, this first floor unit balcony faces north towards the bay, so cook up a BBQ and dine alfresco with that fresh salty breeze coming off the ocean and glimpses of the sparkling water through the leafy trees. The open plan, air-conditioned living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player and dining area, plus a full kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, oven, and microwave. With 3 bedrooms, there is room for the whole family. One bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite with shower and toilet, another has a king bed (can be split to make 2 king singles), a TV and a balcony with sitting area, and the 3rd bedroom offers 2 king single beds (can be joined to make a king bed). There is also a main bathroom with combined shower and bath, plus a toilet, and an internal laundry with both washer and dryer. Parking is available for 2 cars, with one undercover secure car space and one off-street car space.

- Linen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be made ready for your arrival.
- The unit has been freshly painted and ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms and dining room since photos were taken.
