It is steps away from Bagnalls Beach and only a short drive to Nelson Bay Marina where you will find some of the best cafes, restaurants and boutiques Port Stephens has to offer. This stunning home opens up to a lovely entrance, walking upstairs you come to a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area that has been beautifully furnished. The living room features a soft L shaped lounge and flatscreen TV as well as balcony access which has views over Bagnalls Beach. The dining area has an six seater dining table with four additional stools at the breakfast bar, where you and the family can relax and enjoy the meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which has a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and lots of bench space. There is split system air conditioning which is most felt in the main living, dining area.

A second living area on this level of the house with another lounge and a flat screen TV. The bedrooms are off from this lounge room. Bedroom one and two have king beds, bedroom three has a queen bed and bedroom four has a bunk bed and sofa. The main bathroom is upstairs and it has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. There is an additional toilet downstairs as well as a shower in the laundry which also has a washer and dryer.

There is off street parking on the driveway.
