Zenith Unit 7 features FREE WIFI a kitchenette with a small fridge, electric fryer pan, crockery, cutlery and the other essentials you will need. The dining table has seating for four to enjoy your home cooked meals. The open plan living also has a reverse cycle air conditioner, as well as an LCD TV and a sofa lounge.
The main bedroom is separate to the living area and has a King bed, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
The second bed is the sofa lounge in the lounge room.
The main bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower. There is one car space for you and a communal washing machine (with a fee) and a clothes dryer (no fee).
You will only be a short walk away to Shoal Bay’s foreshore where you’ll find stunning Shoal Bay Beach, The Shoal Bay Country Club, Restaurants, Café’s, the IGA, Bike Hire, Tomaree Mountain and more!

Really convenient to the main street in Shoal Bay (you are there via the CC Carpark inside 2 minutes). The unit has been refurbished and looks and feels great. A little more detail on how things work in the unit would be helpful ie door light system and tuning the TV. Generally quiet although you do hear the occasional passing traffic accessing Shoal Bay residential area. Not a huge choice of dining venues in Shoal Bay, Covid and the season no doubt taking their toll. Great walks adjoining along the foreshore. Shoal Bay is quiet and relaxed. If you want glass, brass, club scene, go somewhere else.

When we arrived we found out that the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous tenants had left.
But one phone call and 50 minutes later saw the apartment transformed brilliantly by three great ladies!

Loved the appartment, it was lovely and in a beautiful location. I had a minor miscommunication issue and didn’t know where/if I needed to pick up a key. Other than that was an amazing weekend. Would definitely go back.

Excellent location
Highly recommended for relaxing family holiday, the unit located very close to the beach, supermarket and eateries. Plenty of towels, pillows and blanket provided. We really enjoyed our holiday and will come back.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
